Book a session with your company code
How to book a session?
(make sure you’re on the English website if you want the session to be in English)
1. go to ‘plan a session’
2. Choose the date
3. choose your coach & time
4. Enter your information and confirm
5. Enter the company code and confirm
6. You’ll receive an email including the Zoom-link and extra information
After a succesfull booking – Zoom link
You will receive an email including the zoomlink to the videocall within half an hour after booking your session. You can test this link to get familiar with Zoom.
You can download the Zoom App in advance on your phone or computer: https://zoom.us/download
Otherwise, you will be asked if you want to download and open Zoom when you click on the ‘Join Zoom meeting’ link. That will take a few minutes at most.
Before the start of the appointment, you will see the following message: “Waiting for host to start this meeting”. You can wait until you see the option “join with video”. This will take you to the waiting room until the psychologist starts the session.
Before the start of the session you might want to test if everything is working properly; click on ‘Test Computer Audio’ to check the settings on whether you use headphones or the computer’s mic and to adjust volume. Select “video” if the camera is not already on.

How to prepare for the session
It is especially important to really take your time for the session. Both before and after the session. The session is most effective if you prepare in advance what topic/challange you want to discuss.
